Oral Proceedings success..... in airport car park!
Associate Director Alex Turnbull was at Manchester Airport recently on his way to Munich to attend Oral Proceedings at the European Patent Office (EPO).
Before he left the car park to make his way to the terminal he answered a call on his mobile phone from the EPO Examiner.
After a detailed discussion the EPO Examiner accepted Alex's arguments and the Oral Proceedings were cancelled to the delight of the client.
